Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of llumifield.com (the "Site") and any LLUMIFIELD account ("Service"). By using either, you agree to these terms. We treat this document as a living draft during the beta program and will update it before public availability.
Beta program
LLUMIFIELD is in beta. The Service may change, contain bugs, or be unavailable while we are building. We do our best to keep your data safe and the Service running, but during beta we provide it on an "as is" basis without warranty.
Your account
- You are responsible for actions taken under your account, including by people you invite.
- Keep your credentials secret. Enable two-factor authentication if you are an administrator.
- You must be authorized to act on behalf of your business and bind it to these terms.
Your data
Your data is yours. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the Service for you. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use LLUMIFIELD to send spam, harass customers, violate laws, infringe intellectual property, attempt to break security, reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with other accounts.
Payments
The beta program is free. When standard plans launch, we will publish pricing on the site and notify you at least 30 days before applying paid terms to your account.
Termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing support@llumifield.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonably possible.
Disclaimers and limits
Except where prohibited by law, LLUMIFIELD is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim (or US $100 if you paid no fees).
Changes
We will update these terms as the product matures. Material updates are noted at the top with a new "Last updated" date.
