Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of llumifield.com (the "Site") and the LLUMIFIELD field service management software and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business, and "you" refers to that business.
1. The Service
LLUMIFIELD provides scheduling, dispatch, online booking, client and project management, materials, payroll, invoicing, payments, customer portal and support-ticket tools for trade businesses. We may update, add, or remove features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
- You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your account, including by people you invite. Administrators should enable two-factor authentication.
- You will not misuse the Service, including attempting to breach security, access other tenants' data, disrupt the Service, reverse engineer it, or use it to send unlawful, infringing, or unsolicited messages.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you enter, and for obtaining any consents required to send messages (for example SMS or email) to your customers.
3. Plans, fees and payment
- Free trial. New company accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start. When the trial ends, access pauses until a subscription is active; your data is kept.
- Team plan. The Service is sold as one flat plan per company, billed monthly in US dollars, at the price published on the Site at the time you subscribe. The published introductory rate applies for the first three billing months of a new subscription; the regular monthly price applies from the fourth month. Pricing is per company, not per user.
- Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription & Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated by us in writing.
- Overdue accounts. If a payment fails, we retry and notify your administrators. We may suspend or limit access for accounts that remain unpaid after the grace period shown in the app.
- Price changes. We will give account administrators at least 30 days' notice by email before a change to the regular monthly price takes effect on an existing subscription.
- Taxes. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
4. Customer data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. You can export your data, and request deletion, as described on the account deletion page.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or other users, with notice when reasonably possible. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete or anonymize it subject to legal requirements.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LLUMIFIELD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR US $100 IF YOU PAID NO FEES).
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to account administrators. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
