This page explains how LLUMIFIELD uses cookies and similar browser storage. We aim to use the minimum needed to operate the Site and Service.
Marketing site (llumifield.com)
The marketing site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic and interactions. Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* cookies and receives technical details such as browser type, approximate location, referring page, and pages viewed. We do not use advertising or remarketing tags.
The site also uses local storage to remember your light or dark theme and nothing else. The browser cache stores CSS, JavaScript, fonts, images, and the PWA manifest.
Application (when you sign in)
- Authentication: a JSON web token (JWT) and your session preferences are stored in your browser's storage so you stay signed in across page loads.
- UI state: small preferences (theme, last-viewed filters) may be cached in local storage to remember your view between visits.
None of this data is shared with third parties. Clearing your browser's storage signs you out and resets preferences.
Subprocessors
Google Analytics processes marketing-site usage data under Google's privacy terms. When you trigger an application integration (for example, paying an invoice through Stripe or exporting to your accounting provider), those providers may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. We do not control those cookies; only enable the integration if you accept their terms.
Your choices
Most browsers let you block cookies or clear them on exit. Blocking Google Analytics or clearing marketing-site storage does not prevent the core website or account-request forms from working, but it resets saved display preferences. Clearing application storage signs you out.
